F1001 mass flowmeter approved by NTEP( NIST) certificates

GPE announces that the F1001 series coriolis mass flowmeter has received the National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) Certificate of Conformance for Weighing and Measuring Devices. The certificate is for Meters Indicating Mass for stationary applications, covering flow rates from 3 -1600 kg/min.

The NTEP Certificate is generally accepted by State Weights and Measures authorities as a basis to allow a meter to be used in a fisical transfer application. Fisical transfer applications such as terminal loading stations, distribution centers and tank unloading stations commonly use Coriolis Mass flowmeters to measure and bill customers.

This device was evaluated under the National Type Evaluation Program and was found to comply with the applicable technical requirements of “NIST Handbook 44: Specifications, Tolerances and Other Technical Requirements for Weighing and Measuring Devices.” Evaluation results and device characteristics necessary for inspection and use in commerce are on the following pages. *Editorial changes, not affecting the type or metrological content, corrected this certificate.
